HOW TO APPLY
Students applying to the Double Degree must first submit their application through SPU – The Global Design Academy (SPU GDA), Sripatum University, Thailand.
Upon successful admission and progression to the study period, students will complete the required application procedures through Admissions (to Admission link)
Detailed information regarding application steps, required documents, important deadlines, and application fees for study period can be found on the University Admissions website. All submissions are completed electronically, and applicants can track their application status directly through the system.
For guidance and support throughout the process, the SPU GDA International Office will assist students at every stage.

WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED TO SUBMIT?
Required documents if you are applying for Bachelor’s programs
- Upper Secondary School Certificate (High School Certificate) in original language and the official translation in English (if original is not in English) **
- Grade transcripts in original language and official translation in English (if original is not in English) **
- Proof of English skills equivalent to studies at upper secondary level. It can be demonstrated by an IELTS or TOEFL. **
- Passport copy
Motivation letter, CV or other similar documents are not required.

2. Document Review
SPU GDA typically completes the review of entry requirements and application forms within 48 hours, provided no additional documentation is required..
3.Acceptance & Invoice
SPU GDA will send your official acceptance and a pro-forma invoice detailing the full academic year’s tuition breakdown.
4. Deposit payment
Secure your placement and initiate the visa process by paying the 40,000 Baht deposit fee. For details regarding cancellations, please review our refund policy.
5. Visa Processing
SPU GDA will send Visa supporting documents to you to apply student visa at the closest Thai embassy/consulate in your country.
6. Visa and Students Support
While awaiting visa approval, contact the Office of Student Support to arrange:
- Arrival Services: Airport pickup and registration.
- Essentials: Accommodation and Insurance.
- Other Services: Assistance with any additional student needs.
7. Departure & Arrival
Notify SPU GDA of your arrival date at least 14 days in advance to coordinate your airport pickup and registration.
8. Registration & Orientation
- Finalize Enrollment: Report to the Registration Office to pay your remaining tuition balance via cash, mobile banking, or credit card.
- Onboarding: Collect your Student ID card and set up your local bank account.
- Explore: Join the campus tour to familiarize yourself with the facilities.
