How to apply 4 international students
Before applying to study at GDA
- Prepare your high school certificate & transcript
- Prepare your passport
- Prepare your English Test Certificate (if you can but not necessary)
- Prepare a 1-inch passport ID photo
1. Apply Online
You can find the online application here. You should prepare all the documents required before filling the form.
2. GDA check entry requirements and application form
This process usually will be completed within 48 hours if there is no further requirements from students.
3. GDA will send the letter of acceptance with pro-forma invoice for tuition fee.
From the pro-forma invoice, you will understand the tuition fee structure for the whole academic year.
4. Deposit payment
You must pay deposit fee of 40,000 Baht to secure your placement and proceeding visa application process. Please see our refund policy if you have any concern.
5. Visa Processing
GDA will send Visa supporting documents to you to apply student visa at the closest Thai embassy/consulate in your country.
6. Visa and Students Support
While waiting for visa approval, students should contact the office of student support for Accommodation, Insurance, Airport pickup and other services
7. Departure & Arrival Thailand
Student must notify the arrival date at least 14 days before the arrival date for pick up arrangement and registration
8. Registration & Orientation
Students must report to the registration office and pay the balance of tuition fees (cash, mobile banking, credit card etc) Produce ID card, bank account and campus tour.

Refund Policy
General Provisions
Students can request a refund by filling out a refund form; with the required documents, the refund request can be sent to admission office of GDA for further processing.
A. By accepting a place in a program at GDA, a student enters into a contract with GDA for the period that tuition fees have been paid.
B. I understand that there is no automatic right to a refund of fees if I change my mind about studying at GDA. Students must apply case by case for a refund with a legitimate reason.
No deposit will be refunded once the visa is granted to enter Thailand.
C. If a student has paid a deposit but the visa application has been declined, the deposit amount will be refunded (after admin fees, transfer fees, and bank fees are applied).
D. As an international student, I understand that the Immigration Bureau of Thailand will be notified if I hold a student visa to study at GDA and am no longer enrolled.
E. During my enrolment at GDA, I understand that if my visa is rejected due to poor academic performance or attendance and the Thai Immigration Bureau requires the enrolment to be cancelled, no refund will be given.
F. If I gain my Thai Education Visa, I will only receive a refund of fees for the semester in which my visa is granted if I provide the documents required 14 days before the semester starts.
G. Where a refund payment is issued to another person, institution, or sponsor nominated by me, GDA shall be deemed to have discharged any obligation concerning the refund of fees to me and accepts no responsibility if I do not receive the
benefit of such refund from a person, institution or sponsor nominated to receive the refund payment.
